SIGA 39 slates were chosen for a Taylor Wimpey new build property development on Mill Hill, London. Churchill Place has been built in close proximity to Mill Hill’s numerous shops, bars and restaurants. This exclusive development, comprising just 34 high-quality houses and apartments, has been completed to a high standard specification.
Taylor Wimpey’s in-house design team specifically requested a premier slate with a superior finish which would be in keeping with the aesthetics of a high-end residential development. SIGA 39 is an outstandingly successful first selection slate from the Excellence range which is flat, uniform and of consistent thickness.

With an aesthetically pleasing blue grey textured finish and excellent performance characteristics, SIGA 39 is the obvious choice for new build and refurbishment projects as it complies with NHBC
